SAMUIL STOYANOV (Dobrich, Bulgaria, 1975) es un artista activista que vive y trabaja en Dobrich y Sofía, Bulgaria.
Aparte de muchas exposiciones colectivas internacionales, Stoyanov cuenta con nueve exposiciones individuales, la útima de las cuales realizada en el Instituto de Arte Contemporáneo de Sofía, Bulgaria, 2010, titulada ON THE TOP -
Exposición de Samuil Stoyanov y su efecto sobre el calentamiento global. Él es el ganador de nueve premios entre los que se encuentran el Premio BAZA, 2009 y el Premio Gaudenz B. Ruf del Nuevo Arte Bulgaro, 2011. En 2010 fue artista
residente en el International Studio Curatorial Program (ISCP), Nueva York , EE.UU. Samuil estuvo representado en la revista Frieze por Nedko Solakov para la
edición de aniversario 141. Stoyanov trabaja a través de todos los medios,
tratando de ejecutar e investigar diferentes aspectos de los temas que le interesan. A veces, se muestra escéptico y a menudo con una ironía afilada.
